As a small business owner ourselves those qualities are important to us and during our process there was never a shortage of great customer service, will, fight, and drive for US. Kim Mitchell exceeded our expectations of what we have come to expect from lenders. She embodied everything we hoped for from a loan officer and her team followed her lead.
