A Culture of Giving

Capital City Home Loans has a top-down culture of giving, whereby our leadership strongly encourages and supports our team members’ volunteer work with charitable organizations, events, and initiatives. Many members of our operations team, location managers and mortgage bankers are leaders within their local communities. As a company, we also provide community reinvestment programs, and employ more than 200 talented people throughout our footprint.

It is clear our team is committed to these initiatives and much more. In 2019, Capital City Home Loans team members logged more than 5,000 hours giving their time and efforts both volunteer and community reinvestment projects, such as local school programs and sports teams, housing initiatives, environmental causes, educational institutions, charities, and churches.

Our leadership not only supports our individuals’ volunteer passions, but also strategically strengthens family and business economic sustainability through our community reinvestment programs. This is accomplished through a collaborative network of community-based partners and initiatives with a keen focus in the following areas: youth empowerment, workforce development, asset building, small business development, and of course, homeownership.
