Matches your contribution with $4 for every $1 you put down, to a maximum of $5000. The grant is forgiven at a rate of 20% per year.

Georgia Dream

Provides $5,000 in down payment assistance, with a minimum contribution of $1,000.

Protectors|Educators|Nurses

Administered through Georgia Dream, this program provides up to $7,500 in down payment assistance for teachers, firefighters, nurses, policemen, EMTs, etc.

Gwinnett County Homestretch

Provides up to $7,500 in down payment assistance.

Tennessee Housing Development Agency

Provides up to 5% of the purchase price for down payment or closing costs.

North Carolina Housing Finance Agency
