Rick Darlington is the Senior Vice President/Area Manager for Northwest Georgia and North Carolina. With 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Rick has been active in all aspects of mortgage origination and management. Rick and his team aim to provide their customers with the most professional and enjoyable mortgage experience possible.
Rick has dedicated his time to several boards for both the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Mortgage Bankers Association. Rick was awarded the 2007 Atlanta Board of Realtors Lender of the Year and the 2009 Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia Lender of the Year Award. Rick is currently the president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia’s Executive Board and was the 2nd Vice President for them in 2015/2016. Rick has also been the president of the Atlanta Mortgage Bankers Association. Rick has served on the Steering Committee of the Unified State Test for the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and the SAFE Act.
Rick lives in Marietta, GA with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys running, playing golf and attending his sons’ numerous sports activities.
