Nancy has been in the mortgage business for over 30 years. She has a broad understanding of all aspects of the mortgage industry, including 10 years as a Residential Underwriter. Nancy has a wealth of knowledge of CCHL loan programs including conventional, FHA, VA, first-time homebuyer and construction-to-permanent.
Nancy’s goal is to find the program that best suits her clients and make it an easy-to-understand mortgage process. Exceptional customer service is a priority.
Nancy served on the Board of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Tallahassee for many years, with two terms as President. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University, is a member of the Gulf Winds Track Club, and is a former President and board member of the Leon County Humane Society.
