Kim Schoning has lived in the Gwinnett area since 1979, and graduated from Georgia State. Kim has been a loan officer since 2004. She prides herself in her communication and knowledge to structure a loan to fit the needs of her borrower. She is proficient in all loan types, especially first-time homebuyer and down payment assistance programs. Kim is very professional and is always responsive when her borrowers need her.
Kim is married to Daniel and they have two kids, Kade and Addison. She attends 12 Stone Central Campus and is a diehard Atlanta United soccer fan.
