George Cohen grew up in Atlanta and attended The Lovett School. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse School of Business where he received his bachelor’s degree in real estate. George has been working in Atlanta real estate for over 14 years and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the city. He understands the local real estate market and works hard to keep his clients apprised of trends and changing fundamentals in the marketplace.
As a Senior Mortgage Consultant with Capital City Home Loans, George possesses a comprehensive knowledge of Capital City’s mortgage programs and strives to find the products best suited to meet the needs of his clients. He has experience in a wide variety of mortgage programs, including but not limited to: conventional, construction-to-permanent, lot loans, FHA, VA, jumbo and second mortgages. George’s vast experience and knowledge enables him to identify programs that are tailored to his customers’ individual needs.
