Gay Lands has more than 35 years of experience within the mortgage industry. She exhibits attention to detail due to her past experiences and recognizes that communication with her clients is an integral part of the loan process. She maintains a comprehensive knowledge of Capital City Home Loans’ growing list of loan products to deliver exceptional customer service in addition to providing her clients options that are best aligned with their needs. Her chief goal is to make the loan process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for everyone. She realizes that the end result is the customer’s dream.
Gay cherishes spending time with her family, three children and three grandchildren. She enjoys almost anything out in the fresh air from riding Harley’s to a brisk walk in the park. Previously, Gay has chaired the Gwinnett Hospital System Foundation, been involved with the Home Builder’s Association and is a current member of Gwinnett Women’s Council.
