Candace has been in banking for 12 years, and the mortgage industry for the last 7 of those years. Candace lives close to Monticello, Madison and Perry. She primarily works from our Capital City office in Monticello. However, she is happy to travel to Madison and Perry to meet clients as well. Candace really enjoys working with clients and helping them build their dream home. Construction loans are her favorite! Candace also loves first time home buyers! She loves hearing the excitement in her clients voice when they get approved for a loan.
Candace provides proactive communication, prepares clients for what to expect up front and helps them through any questions or concerns they have.
In her free time, Candace enjoys riding horses, barrel racing specially, and fishing with her husband and step son.
