Complete customer satisfaction is Ben Stephens’ first priority. As a mortgage consultant for more than 30 years, he’s seen it all. After graduating from University of Georgia with a degree in finance, Ben began his career in the Atlanta metro area before moving to Amelia Island in 2001. An expert in high net worth individuals, self-employed borrowers and condominium financing, Ben can find solutions for even the most complex lending situations. Ben is well acquainted with the intricate relationships of the mortgage industry. If the answer is not “yes” today, together with some hard work and the helping hands of his network, he believes he can find that “yes” just around the corner. He holds himself to Churchills’ standard of, “never, never, never give up.”
Ben’s relationships run deep in the local business community. His past chair of the North East Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Nassau Council and The Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors named him “Affiliate of the Year” in both 2013 and 2015.
Ben lives on Amelia Island with his wife Jennie. They are the proud parents of three lovely grown children and multiple grandchildren. Ben is active in lay ministry at St. Peters Episcopal. In his free time, Ben enjoys paddle sports and playing tennis.
